This is a comic book centric show. There won’t be people selling crafts, fudge, or sports cards, just comics and maybe a few toys. 🙂

We use an application to be be sure we get vendors that are predominately comic book dealers and to allocate space.

There are a limited number of spaces, so tables will be allotted first come first served. 

If your application is accepted, we will contact you by email, and you will receive an invoice. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

Exhibitor booth displays will be limited to a 12 ft height limit. If your display exceeds the height limit, please redesign to fit this requirement.
 
By ordering a Vendor Space, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
  • DEALERS MAY NOT USE ANYTHING THAT WILL DAMAGE THE VENUE’S WALLS TO MOUNT THEIR DISPLAYS. The exhibitor will be held responsible for any costs resulting from damages to the wall if they happen.
  • Artist/Dealer’s exhibits/tables may not intrude into the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer’s tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of Little Falls, NY Fire Marshal.
  • All Exhibitors must be packed up and all products and materials owned by said dealer must be entirely removed from the convention space by 7:00 PM EST on the day of the show.
  • All artists/vendors/exhibitors assume entire responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save Upstate NY Comic Con and the City Little Falls, The Elks Club, and all their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to person or property, governmental charges and or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof.
  • Exhibitors agree to hold Upstate NY Comic Con, 3D Printed Props, LLC and any of its production partners harmless from loss or damage of merchandise or injury sustained during attendance at its events. UNYCC takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen. It is up to vendors to carry insurance for their goods.
  • Please keep in mind that this is a family event. Absolutely no nudity or pornographic material may be sold or displayed at this event. The sale of weapons including knives, swords and blades is strictly prohibited.
  • YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY GAMES OF CHANCE – WHEELS OF FORTUNE OR GUMBALL MACHINES THAT HAVE PRIZES OF VARYING VALUES.
  • TAXES: Exhibitor understands that the State of New York Departmen of Revenue Service requires that you pay taxes to the state on all of your sales within the State of NY.
